OFFe PROJECT ORGANISATION

 

Overall responsibility for the project rests with the VLM Institute’s Board of Directors. The Board will appoint a project management group, which will include sub-project managers.

All the parties involved in the project are represented on the project’s steering group. The steering group’s task is to monitor the project’s progress and propose measures that will enhance the project’s quality and efficiency.

The Board of Directors and steering group have an R&D committee which provides ongoing support to the project managers in their work. This committee is made up of firstly representatives of the parties who have made the most significant contributions and secondly project managers, project coordinators and sub-project managers.

The project’s head office is located in Sandbacka Park in Sandviken.
